Avalon Moon Circle

Welcome women.
This is an invitation to come together and share in circle.
This is an invitation to connect to and embrace our innate feminine power.
This is an invitation to remember our cyclical wisdom, ever changing as the moon above.
This is an invitation to create a space of deep listening where we can honour the many moods, faces and seasons that we live in each moment and evolve through in our lives.
This is an invitation to acknowledge and celebrate the beauty of every aspect of our being.
This is an invitation to bring to the space who we are today, right now.

Our circle will always include a moment for deep rest through the nourishing practice of yoga nidra (a lying down meditation that is the fertile soil for the flowers of our being to blossom) as well as time to share a little of ourselves, what we are walking with in this moment. We will then explore some practice (responsive to the energies of the circle)—intuitive, gentle, flowing movement; mudra (gesture) meditations; perhaps some poetry and song (music as medicine, kirtan).

Please bring what you need to create your nest for the evening – yoga mat and blanket and perhaps cushion/sheepskin/bolster – so you can be as comfortable as possible during our time together.
