This self-paced exploration invites connection to Śhakti (Feminine Power) through mantra practice, yoga nidrā, dance and more. It can be dipped into as you feel inspired, or worked through progressively. It can even be used as way to celebrate the nine-night festival of the Goddess that is Navarātrī.
